Light a Candle
Pamela Ruth Williams, Diaz, 74 years old, passed away on November 29, 2022. She is survived by her stepchildren, Tammy, Diaz, and Ambria Diaz, and Xandre Diaz, as well as many grandchildren and cousins. Pam was born in August to Floyd and Ruth Williams in East Chicago Indiana. Growing up she was surrounded by her aunt Gladys and her beloved cousins after moving to Francisville. Pam was preceded in death by her husband, Terry, and her parents, Floyd and Ruth. Pam became a hairstylist as a young woman and for over 50 years she enjoyed her craft and the friendship of many clients and coworkers. Her career followed her from Indiana to Tucson Arizona, where she met the love of her life, Terry Diaz they were married in 2005. Pam was ecstatic about her new journey and her new family. Pam loved the outdoors and our wonderful Mount Lemmon was one of her favorite spots. She took a trip up that mountain with friends and family any chance she could. Pam loved dogs… she rescued dogs throughout her life and always had several as her own pets to love.s She would stop to help any dog,any time,every time. Pam retired on July 1 of 2022 and was living with her neighbors and friends Kris and Kim Ahng. Kim and Pam we’re friends for many years, and they were helping her to set up her retirement to be the most comfortable, abundant and content as possible.They were in the process of repairing and remodeling Pam’s home, so she could be cozy in the coming years. Pam was known for her kindness, her humor, and she had a generous spirit. She was headstrong, and a fiercely loyal friend. She will be deeply missed by many. A celebration of Pam’s life will be held after the holidays. An announcement is forthcoming.
